oh hello ....

So a couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to have the support of 20 plus ladies come along to
"Scrapbooking Spectacular"

and here are the pages the ladies got to create!

"moments captured"

In my class we will explore the love for colour using watercolours, create a graphic background and learn to doodle, adding circular elements and creating texture at the same time, some hand stitching and there’s room for a little random stamping as well, plus tips on how to make your own journal spots.
So let’s get our freestyle on and make some noise!

"Today & Everyday"

Get ready for some hands on creating. Starting with a puzzle shaped background, adding splatters of ink and a sprinkle of confetti. Moving onto some doodled feathers where you learn to apply the gold leafing and stitch a bloom using a strip of calico. And finally photo matts and frames to go!

and just because i can another canvas... which was SOLD on the night. Love love making these so much and i love how they make my friends smile!

Thanks Miss Wally xxx

It's been a wee while...

It has a wee while but there is good reason. We SOLD our dream home and the farm and have decided to move closer to family and friends on the other side of Australia. It has been our plan for a couple of years now and we just wanted to wait! I can tell you we are very excited and cant wait for the adventure to begin.
I plan to blog on the way. So instead of telling where we are going now.. you can all come back and check out our adventures as we go around  lots of Australia!

Anyway I do have a few projects  I better share as this computer has ten days... and then it's in a box!

Here are a couple of projects I made for Linnie Blooms using some of there canvas shapes.
This first project  I used a folding technique from punched out circles to created the cathedral windows, placing cute embellies in some of the windows.

This next project I used a 9" x 11" flat canvas and made a bag for my baby girl.
You can click HERE for the how to steps.

"DESIGN TEAM PROJECTS FOR PAPER BAKERY"

Here are a couple of projects I made using the March Daylight Saving Mixed Media Kit.

Loved that bright yellow chalkboard paint and just had to paint a couple of frames. We even had chalk in the kit! awesome!

I used the February Umbrella Rain Scrapbook Kit for this page and was inspired by the monthly sketch at paper bakery kit club.

"family fun"

and another page using the March Daylight Saving  Mixed Media Kit! I used my doodle feathers.

Feel free to copy and paste these to your computer and print out.

Thanks for popping by... see you all again soon:)
